HPN is a familia, community, and movement.

The Hispanic Policy Network is a Texas State University faculty and staff organization committed to the advancement of Hispanic/Latinx individuals in post-secondary education.

We promote a safe and inclusive working atmosphere; create opportunities for networking; assist in the recruitment, retention, and promotion of diverse faculty and staff; promote an intersectional Latinidad and Hispanidad; advocate for the educational equity for diverse students; and provide financial assistance through our endowed scholarship.

The HPN Scholarship provides four $1,000 scholarships for Hispanic/Latinx Texas State University undergraduate and graduate students.

The Latin Music Studies at Texas State University provides innovative programs and award-winning ensembles for both graduate and undergraduate students. 

Somos Tejas State - Hispanic/Latinx Student Support Fund

The Somos Tejas State campaign supports the professional development of the current Texas State Latinx student body for preparation to enter the global workforce.
